This shows that the push back against costs of this change will hit industry hard. They will be forced to change their status quo at great expense. they will have to spend less money for bonuses and more to save the environment. From my point of view that is a good thing and I am willing to join in the sacrifices with some increased costs of my own. Costs for the poor would be subsidized which is also unpopular with those who believe the Puritan myth that god loves the rich more.
